1. About these Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in Re_code retreats, workshops, and immersions, as well as your use of this website and platform. By submitting an application or accessing Re_code content, you agree to these terms.
2. Who we are
Re_code is operated by Vanessa Brito Yoga & Integrative Therapies, registered in the Netherlands under [registration number]. For questions, contact us at vanessajabrito@gmail.com.
3. Eligibility
Participation in any Re_code Dynamics format requires that you are at least 18 years of age. By submitting an application, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. The Application Process
Submitting an application does not guarantee a place. All applications are reviewed individually. Re_code Dynamics reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
A place is only confirmed once payment has been received and acknowledged by Re_code Dynamics.
5. Medical & Psychological Responsibility
Re_code retreats and immersions involve physical movement, breathwork, partner interaction, and exposure to variable conditions designed to activate and regulate the nervous system.
Participants are required to disclose any physical or psychological conditions that may be relevant to their participation.
Re_code Dynamics and Vanessa Brito Yoga & Integrative Therapies are not medical or psychological service providers. The work offered is not a substitute for medical treatment, psychotherapy, or any licensed clinical intervention.
By participating, you acknowledge that:

You are solely responsible for assessing whether this experience is appropriate for your current physical and psychological condition.

Re_code Dynamics bears no liability for any physical injury, psychological distress, or health-related consequence arising from or related to participation in any Re_code format.

If you are under medical or psychological supervision, it is your responsibility to consult your healthcare provider before applying.
If a disclosed condition or on-site observation leads Re_code Dynamics to determine that participation poses a risk, Re_code reserves the right to exclude a participant before or during a retreat. In this case, the refund policy outlined in section 7 applies.
6. Payment
Full payment is required to confirm your place. Payment instructions will be sent by email following acceptance. Payment is processed by bank transfer only.
If payment is not received within 10 days of the acceptance email, Re_code reserves the right to offer the place to the next person on the waiting list.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made 30 or more days before the retreat start date are eligible for a full refund, returned via bank transfer. Cancelations between 14 to 29 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the retreat start date are not eligible for a refund.
To cancel, you must contact Re_code in writing at vanessajabrito@gmail.com. Cancellations are only valid upon written confirmation from Re_code Dynamics.
Re_code reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any retreat due to unforeseen circumstances. In this event, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
8. Confidentiality
All participants agree to confidentiality. Information shared or experienced within the group remains within the group. This applies to all formats — workshops, immersions, private and corporate sessions.
9. Platform Access
Following participation in a Re_code retreat, accepted participants may receive access to The Club section containing exclusive content on nervous system regulation. This access is personal and non-transferable. Re_code Dynamics reserves the right to revoke access in the event of misuse or breach of these terms.
10. Intellectual Property
All content produced by Re_code, including the system, methodology, written materials, visual content, and platform content, is the intellectual property of Vanessa Brito Yoga & Integrative Therapies. It may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch and EU law, Re_code Dynamics and Vanessa Brito Yoga & Integrative Therapies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in any Re_code Dynamics format or use of this website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.
13. Changes to these Terms
Re_code Dynamics reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this website. Continued use of Re_code services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
