Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat start date are eligible for a full refund. If you cancel your reservation between 14-29 days in advance, you will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the retreat start date are not eligible for a refund.
 

To cancel, contact us at vanessajabrito@gmail.com with your name and retreat date. Cancellations are only valid upon written confirmation from Recode Dynamics.
 

We encourage early cancellation. It allows us to offer your place to someone on the waiting list. It is a decision that directly affects another person's ability to participate.
 

Refunds are returned via bank transfer to the account used for the original payment.
 

Recode Dynamics reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
